This educational trip offers students from Amai Mugabe Group of Schools an enriching and memorable journey to Zanzibar, Tanzania. Itinerary

Day 1Departure & Arrival

  • Depart from Harare on 3rd March 2026 on a scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
  • Arrive in Zanzibar and transfer to Moonshine Uroa Boutique Hotel.
  • Check in and settle into your rooms.
  • Enjoy a standard dinner at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Moonshine Uroa Boutique Hotel.

Day 2Safari Blue Adventure

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Embark on a full-day Safari Blue activity, featuring boat excursions, snorkeling, and exploration of Zanzibar’s crystal-clear waters and marine life.
  • Unlimited seafood and drinks provided during the activity.
  • Return to the hotel in the evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Moonshine Uroa Boutique Hotel.

Day 3Prison Island & Stone Town Tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Full-day guided tour of Prison Island, famous for its giant tortoises and historic quarantine station.
  • Walking tour through Stone Town, exploring its rich Swahili culture, winding alleys, bustling markets, and historical buildings.
  • Lunch included during the tour.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.



Day 4Departure

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out of the hotel.
  • Transfer to Zanzibar airport for the return flight to Harare.
