Our cancellation terms and conditions are as follows
- 29 days prior to arrival date – 0% refund
- 30-60 days prior to arrival date – 25% refund
- 61 – 90 days prior to arrival date – 50% refund
- 91 – 120 days prior to arrival date- 75% refund
- 121 days or more prior to arrival date – 90%. Refund

- A written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) is required in order to book the package.
- The quotation is subject to change in sympathy with 3rd party service providers
- Any special requests such as early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. This may attract a fee and is discretionary and up to the service provider to assign.
- Any unprecedented hike in government-levied fees such as taxes, VAT, fuel etc shall be advised and charged accordingly at the time of booking.
- It is recommended to obtain necessary travel insurance prior to travelling on your own. Fivebulls is not responsible for any kind of insurance on provided services.
- Fivebulls is a facilitator for international insurance cover. Please get a quotation.
- Some hotels/lodges may require a credit card/cash deposit as a guarantee of incidental expenses
- Minor program changes are sometimes necessary depending on weather, road, sea conditions, room availability and circumstances at that time.,unused services will not be refunded.
